“ Just moved to the area and looking to meet new friends. I work from home so don't really get to make friends via work. I work as a data / business analyst for a large adult education company, and yes that does mean I play with spreadsheets all day :)
I am a keen foodie, used to be a chef at one point and love a good cask ale too! I prefer casual drinking as I am a bit too old for wild nights out. Keen to travel a lot and am quite a driven person.
I enjoy having a positive outlook on life, making the most of situation and putting the effort in to do things. This and my career makes for a great planner and organiser, with some experiance of running a large online adult only community. Starting to sound like a job application now.... :)
Hoping to find local people who enjoy food, casual drinking, walks and easy-going hikes, also love a good board game night with a take-away and a few drinks, or a game of cards in the pub with a couple pints.
I enjoy people who can hold a conversation and enjoy people from all different walks of life, with different opinions, tastes and preferences.
I used to have a Harley but wrote it off in 2018 with a serious crash, had a few other bikes and might be looking to getting back on a bike in the next year or two.
My girlfriend has family and friends here in Skem, she would also be up for joining in with new friends / couples if it works out like that, but she does have her own friends and is not going to be around all the time.
