Recently divorced after 25 years and having lost my friends I have become a recluse. I go to work and come home and that's it. I didn't realise how lonely life can be when you are on your own and so to keep my sanity I need to sort myself out and start to interact with people again, whether it meeting up for a coffee or going for a walk. I need adult interaction and conversation. I want to get my old self back again and start living rather than just existing.
