I have just moved to Edinburgh (from Newcastle - but don't have a really strong Geordie accent!) to study at masters level in the arts. I haven't made any friends yet, so I find myself online having a go at it! Although I'm a dedicated academic, I'm no bore. I love to have a laugh, enjoy gigs, parties, arthouse cinema, art galleries, and of course a good traditional pub, and the odd cocktail bar. I love a bit of cultcha innit. Reading, travelling, beaches, mountains, cycling and taking a dip outdoors are also some of my interests. If you're of a similar ilk or just fancy meeting up, then be lovely to hear from you.
