Hi my name is Jean and I had decided to move to Cambridgeshire as I found a beautiful house just outside Whittlesey in a very rural area. Then came Covid. I had worked for Xerox for 20 years & loved it but at this stage I decided to follow my MD and take early retirement. I’m a big animal lover and have two dogs so living right on fenland is great for them but I lack friends in the area so look forward to meeting lots of them and having a great social life again. I love eating out, going to our village pub, holidays, particularly in winter going off to the sun. I’m a great giggler so love funny sociable people. I must just put in that reason I’m on my own (apart from dogs) I lost my mad Scottish husband to cancer.
