HiI am moving to the area in the next month or so and dont know anyone there. And short of walking up to people in the street and saying hi do you want to be my friend which worked a treat when i was 10 and on holiday with my parents maybe not a great idea for a fully grown woman. This seems like a good as way as any of meeting people.
