I moved to Milton Keynes from Berkshire two months ago. I don't know anyone in the area and I am looking to meet new friends, preferably women. As I have recently moved to the area, I am currently looking for work, so I have a lot of free time at the moment.My boyfriend surprised me with a pug puppy a couple of months ago, so I am spending a lot of time training him and trying to encourage him to go out for walks, although he hates walking because he's so lazy! I am trying to lose weight, so I recently started jogging. I usually jog around Caldecotte Lake.I have also recently started to learn how to cook and I am enjoying that. I love surprising my boyfriend with dishes I have made, and apparently I'm a good cook, but then he would say that if he knows what's good for him! I like to read, but unfortunately I don't do it as much as I used to. I recently purchased The Girl On The Train and will start reading that soon. I enjoy watching movies, too. I also enjoy drinking. I usually have a glass of white wine or a gin and tonic most evenings, although I would much prefer to go out and drink, than do it at home. The thing I miss the most about moving house, is my friends. I miss going out with the girls having dinner and drinks and girly chats. I definitely miss the girly talk the most. I am hoping to meet like-minded people on this group.
