Hi … I’m Helen, nice to meet you ? so does anyone else feel the same way? It’s so difficult to meet new people, you get to a certain age and somehow you have gotten stuck in the work, home, family bubble?
I’m in a relationship with a wonderful man, I have 2 lovely older children still at home, but something is missing and it’s my own social life!
I’ve spent so long in that work home bubble that I’m in danger of losing myself, maybe it’s my age and those peri menopausal hormones but lately I’ve really missed having a local friendship group, we moved to Weymouth just before lockdown so that hasn’t helped but it would be fab to meet some new people in this area to socialise with by myself or with our partners sometimes.
I’d like to make a start on getting fit (long overdue) and to just change things up a bit.
